The Sitka Legacy Foundation (SLF) invites prospective applicants to attend a free workshop on SLF’s 2026 competitive grant application process.
This workshop will provide an overview of eligibility requirements, the application process, what reviewers look for in proposals, and tips for developing a strong project work plan and budget. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

The 2026 Sitka Legacy Foundation grant cycle is now open. Applications are due by 5:00 PM AKDT on Monday, September 21, 2026. Grants are available to local nonprofits, Tribal and municipal entities, and faith-based organizations serving Sitka and Port Alexander.
