Greater Sitka Legacy Fund is pleased to offer a day-long workshop on individual fundraising for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Sitka on Saturday, March 10.
This lively, interactive training will be facilitated by Ken Miller, president of Anchorage-based Denali FSP Fundraising Consultants. Ken puts the FUN in fundraising! Participants will learn how to ask for individual donations for good causes with confidence. The workshop is intended for executive directors, development directors, and board members of nonprofit organizations.
The training will be held in the Del Shirley room at Allen Hall on the campus of Alaska Arts Southeast. It will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm, including lunch. Participants will be expected to stay for the entire training. The registration fee is $25. Registration will be limited to one person per organization and there are 18 spaces available.
